Hello everyone,
Our translator is almost finished with Creatures of the Northern Wilds. This means that we will soon be able to start with the layouts and should be able to share the PDF with you early this summer.
The main texts for Hardships of Wilderness (Swedish version) have been sent back to me by our editor, and I'm about to dive in and make the necessary changes and updates. Once all the texts are updated, we will send them to the translator for the English version.
The next step is to work on Secrets of Luvaatan. As I said, these adventures are mostly finished. However, we are thinking about adding a new adventure site for it. It will add more excitement to the story, and since we're in such a good place, it won't delay the project. Once it is done, this text will also be sent for translation.
Printing is still expected to take place at the end of September for fulfilment in November this year.
We will soon perform a smoke test for the PledgeManager, so a few of you should receive invitations so we can see that all things are working properly, before opening up for the rest of you and for late pledges.
We are also working on our next Kickstarter for Dragonbane, The Chronicles of Sorrow. A four-part epic campaign, previously published in Swedish (well, the first three parts, the last book will be published in Swedish at the same time as it's English counterpart). You can follow the Kickstarter here (click on the image):
We also have another project we're working on, which is a less dark and gritty campaign than The Chronicles of Sorrow: Alea Masona. This project is made up of three books: Alea Masona - Adventures for Young Players, Monsters in Masona and Adventures in Masona. Three exciting books for young players and families, based on our bestselling Swedish RPG Sagospelet Äventyr. We ran this project through Kickstarter, and while we had most things in place for this project, we ran into delays. Mostly because I miscalculated how much work it would take to convert all the text into both Swedish and English and keep it consistent. However, we are getting close to release and hope to see the books in print in November.
Lastly, we're preparing for meeting some of you at Swedens oldest convention GothCon in Gothenburg, where we are celebrating the release of our Swedish kickstarter Tjuvar och Lönnmördare (and yes, this too will be published in English).
Kind regards,
Daniel & the team
